With experienced supply partners, we can accurately match the appropriate light source and lighting solution to different product requirements, making subtle defects such as scratches, dirt, and bubbles on the product surface easier to detect.
Solution
Through unsupervised AI technology, we solved the pain point of insufficient defect samples and achieved high-precision detection of subtle defects.
For transparent plastic parts, this solution uses a specific light-source angle to enhance boundary contrast, enabling stable identification of bubble defects that commonly occur during a coating process.

Able to detect scratches, dirt, and bubbles generated during the manufacturing process of transparent plastic products.
