The traditional real estate disclosure preparation process relies on agents spending 60–90 minutes each time manually gathering data from various websites (electronic transcripts, school district searches, building information, undesirable facilities, etc.). In addition to requiring a certain level of industry knowledge, the collected data comes in inconsistent formats and must be reformatted, integrated, and converted into PDF.
