Project Description
The customer currently mainly relies on manual inspection of products, which requires a long training period for personnel and incurs labor costs. In addition to the difficulty of finding talent, they also hope to increase production capacity. Neureili provides an AI defect recognition system suitable for roll-to-roll (Roll-to-Roll, R2R) production, allowing the system to perform the inspection while personnel only need to supervise.
Project Challenge
Due to the product characteristics of the customer’s product, hardware must be integrated to provide a solution including hardware and software. When the product production speed is relatively fast, a line-scan camera must be used, and the collected line images stitched together into a full image for recognition.

Depending on the size of the product, it can be configured with a single camera or multiple cameras for setup and integrated detection.
